Study on applicability of paper holder

    The development and continuation of paper holders in our country put forward a good point of view, especially for the use of paper holders and industry applicability research, elaborated on a detailed and reasonable industrial structure layout, for China's paper holders environmental protection development direction has played a guiding role.

1. Egg paper holder. Pulp moulded egg holder is especially suitable for mass transportation and packaging of eggs, duck eggs and goose eggs because of its loose material, unique egg-shaped surface structure, better air permeability, Freshness Retention and excellent cushioning and positioning function. When fresh eggs are packed with paper-molded egg trays, the breakage rate of eggs can be reduced from 8% to 10% in traditional packaging to 2% in long-distance transportation. At present, there are three types of fresh egg paper holders, namely zDTP-30-40, zDTP-30-45 and zDTP-30-50, stipulated in GB 10443-1989 "Pulp Molded Egg Paper Holder", which are respectively used for 40-70g fresh egg packaging.

2. Fresh fruit paper holder. Pulp moulded fruit paper holder can be moulded into paper holder with fruit curved surface structure. It can be used for packaging peaches, pears, citrus, apples, pineapples, tomatoes and other fruits, especially export fruits. It can avoid collision damage of fruits. It can also emit heat of respiration, absorb evaporation moisture, inhibit ethylene concentration and prevent fruit decay. Deterioration, extension of fruit fresh-keeping period, play a role that other packaging materials are difficult to play.

3. Electrical liner. In our country, foamed plastic is widely used as the lining of electrical appliances, but developed countries in Europe have refused to import such packaging, forcing the lining packaging of our country to take the road of "replacing plastic with paper" as soon as possible. Paper moulding material as backing has the advantages of good plasticity and strong cushioning force. It fully meets the internal packaging requirements of electrical appliances. Its production process is concise and does not pollute the environment. Moreover, the product has strong adaptability and wide uses.

4. Fragile spacer. Glass, ceramics, eggs and other fragile products used to be replaced by paper scraps and grass, which is neither standardized nor hygienic, and the effect of shock prevention and mitigation is also unsatisfactory. Paper holder cushion is easy to make, uniform after forming, easy to pack and has strong cushioning and shock absorption ability. Because of the low requirement of raw material and process, the production cost is easy to control, which is suitable for large-scale production and application.

5. Agricultural appliances. Mainly used for nutrition bowl of seedling or other crops, flower seedling wing protection, grain, vegetables, fresh meat packaging and silkworm grid cluster, such as paper mold bowl used in garden greening and yard planting. Its advantage is that seedlings need not be transplanted twice. Seeds can be transplanted together with bowl after emergence (bowl can degrade itself). It saves time and labor, and has a high survival rate. If planting trees in areas with poor natural conditions such as mountainous desert, the effect will be better.



6. Food (medicine) packaging. In addition to fast food utensils, many medicines, edible semi-finished products, cooked food and instant food can be packaged in paper molds, such as clean vegetable paper holders, instant noodle bowls, containers for the national catering industry, etc. It is not only clean and sanitary, but also convenient to use, and can be recycled and reused, which meets the requirements of environmental protection and human health.



7. Medical appliances. The problem of traditional medical appliances in use is that the disinfection is not thorough and easy to form cross infection. If we use disposable paper mold paper holders, spittoons, bedpans, body cushions, splints and so on, we can not only avoid the disinfection link, save labor, but also burn the waste directly, without toxic side effects. Moreover, the moderate price of paper and mould appliances makes it easy for both doctors and patients to accept, which brings a lot of convenience to medical and nursing work.



8. Paper holder packaging in special industries. Some products are afraid of collision, static electricity, dampness and rust. They require extreme caution in packaging, storage and transportation. Paper mold material can be made into neutral material with good cushioning force and plasticity. It can be moisture-proof, rust-proof and static-proof. When special additives are added, its performance can be expanded and the safety factor in use is large.
